MF280 Electronic Silicone Sealant
Introduction:
MF280 sealant is a single component, neutral cured silicone sealant. It has good adhesion properties and excellent resistance to weathering.
Features:
Cured at room temperature (alcohol type), no pollution to the LED product.
Excellent resistance to heat, ultraviolet radiation and moisture.
Excellent bonding capacity without primer on PC, metal and other materials.
Wide operating temperature:-50 ~ 200 ºC.
Purposes:
Mainly used bonding and sealing material for a variety of electronic parts, and for general bonding of common materials without primer, including stainless steel, aluminum, ceramics, glass and some plastics. Besides, it is used for the moistureproof of elctronic parts, such as LCM modulus, sensor, connector, crystal oscillator and PCB.
Instruction manual:
Surface cleaning: To ensure an excellent adhesion, before using please use a clean, lint-free cloth to clean the surface of the material to be glued to ensure dry and free of dirt. The solvent can be acetone, xylene and the like.
At a temperature of 23 ºC, humidity of 50%, the curing depth is greater than 2mm after 24 hours.
Before handling and packaging, to ensure enough time for curing.
