Product Description

Hollow glass aluminum partition strip (hollow aluminum strip) is an aluminum product made from pure aluminum as the raw material. After surface treatment, it does not oxidize, corrode, and has no effect on the desiccant, effectively eliminating atomization phenomenon.

Main technical indicators

1. The length is five meters. Wall thickness: The wall thickness is between 0.2-0.35mm, with a wall thickness deviation of ± 0.025mm;

2. Bending degree: The product is not allowed to have hard bends or side bends (excluding free sag bending curvature). Side bow curvature ≤ 0.2%, side waveform curvature ≤ 0.2%, and torsion ≤ 0.5mm.

3. Appearance: The surface is flat and smooth, without cracks or scratches, and the pores are uniform, neat, and transparent. The bendable aluminum spacer strip should have no cracks after bending.
