MF889A
Silicone Stone Weatherproofing Sealant
♦ DESCRIPTION/APPLICATIONS
.TYPICAL PERFORMANCE
SILANDE MF889A Silicone Stone Weatherproofing Sealant, a one-part, RTV, neutral-cure, architectural grade sealant, is designed specifically for the assembly of stone and the weatherproofing of stone, glass and most other construction substrates without primer. It easily extrudes in any weather and cure at ambient temperature by reaction with moisture in the air to form a durable, flexible silicone rubber seal.
- No corrosion and pollution to porous building materials such as granite and marble.
- Suitable for use on extension/compression movement capability of up to ± 25% of the original joint size.
- Excellent adhesion to most building material without primer, such as stone, glass, metal, tiles and anodized aluminium.
- Excellent weather sealing and temperature stability:-60°C to 180°C.
- High elasticity and high modulus.
- Resistant to ozone.
- One-component, neutral, room temperature moisture curing silicone sealant. 1. Excellent flame-retardant performance, long time for fire blocking. 2. High elasticity and low modulus. It can be used with silicone fire-proof smoldering structural sealant that meets ETAG002 standard to provide 25-year quality guarantee. 3. Excellent resistance High and low temperature performance and weathering resistance performance 4. Neutral curing, no corrosion to the surface to be adhered 5. Good adhesion to most building materials and components without primer 6. It is stretching, connecting, and surrounding Ideal sealing material for sealing and fire blocking 7. Easy to use, it can be extruded at any time with a general glue gun. 8. Ring alignment

♦ TECHNICAL DATA - TYPICAL PROPERTIES
MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).
Packaging
Packaging
1:1 double plastic bottle packaging: 600 ml per group; 9 groups per carton
Transport transmission
This product is non-hazardous and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane
Store
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
