Scope of application:
MF205 has good adhesion to a variety of substrates. It is suitable for permanent elastic seals that require higher bonding strength. Suitable substrates include wood, metal, metal primers and topcoats, ceramic materials and plastics. This product is only for users with professional skills. In order to ensure the bonding effect and the compatibility of the product and the material, tests should be done in advance under the actual substrate and environment.
Curing method:
MF205 cures by reacting with moisture in the air. Generally, the lower the temperature, the lower the moisture contained in the air, so the reaction process will also slow down.
Chemical resistance:
MF205 is acid, alkaline, neutral and chlor-alkali-resistant detergent; short-term resistant to fuel, mineral oil, animal fat and crude oil; not resistant to organic acids, concentrated inorganic acid and alkali solutions or solvents.

Construction method:
Requirements for the workshop The work site and the surface of the workpiece must be clean, dust, moisture and other air pollution. The work area must be isolated from pollution caused by nearby production. Grinding, welding, and any work activities that contain silicone resin in solvents or materials are prohibited in the 30m area around the work site.

- One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.

MF881R is a two-component, neutral room temperature curing silicone structural sealant. It has excellent flame retardancy, UV resistance and weather resistance. It can be used for the second sealing of hot mirror insulating glass.
It can be used at 10ºC~50ºC, and it has good adhesion to glass, ceramics, metal, hot mirror film and other materials
