use
MF 1501 Epoxy Hemming Adhesive is used for bonding the lap joints of the inner and outer plates of the door, engine cover, trunk (door) cover, etc. during the welding process of automobiles.
Instructions for use
1. Foreseeable matters
Before use, the bonding material should be tested for adhesion.
2. Construction
The bonded seal should be less oily, dry and free of corrosion.
Use a glue injection gun or glue injection machine to hit the product in a strip shape on the surface to be bonded, and assemble it with the inner board by wrapping and spot welding. If mechanical glue injection is used, the minimum recommended compression ratio of glue coating is 48:1; this product is generally only applied to a steel plate, and the rubber strip is 2mm~5mm wide. After bonding the two parts, they can be spot welded immediately.
When the construction environment temperature is low in winter, the viscosity of this product will increase, which may cause difficulty in glue injection. It is recommended
Use the pre-heating method for this product before construction, the heating temperature should not exceed 45C, and the cumulative heating time should not exceed 8h.
3. Clean
The uncured glue during construction can be removed with a clean cloth with alcohol, and the cured glue can be removed mechanically.

MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
