MF310 section impermeable glue

It is mainly suitable for the sealing of the 45-degree joints of aluminum alloy doors and windows and the corners of the curtain wall structure, the sealing of the joints of the middle part and the sealing in the production process of rolling shutters. After curing, it has good elasticity and weather resistance, no oil leakage, and no release of harmful substances.
Excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including coated, enamelled and reflective glasses, anodised and polyester paint coated aluminium and stainless steel. 
Excellent temperature stability: - 60°C t 1ao0c. 
High level of mechanical properties.

.APPLICATION FIELD

• One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.
• It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range.
• Excellent adhesion properties on glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
• Minimum moisture vapour and gas permeation.
• Excellent temperature stability: - 30°C to 80°C.

MF881R is a two-component, neutral room temperature curing silicone structural sealant. It has excellent flame retardancy, UV resistance and weather resistance. It can be used for the second sealing of hot mirror insulating glass.
It can be used at 10ºC~50ºC, and it has good adhesion to glass, ceramics, metal, hot mirror film and other materials

Hot mirror hollow glass is composed of two layers of glass and a special hot mirror film, and is separated into a double cavity hollow structure by double-layer special spacers.

Instructions
Remove the dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the glue nozzle on the opened bottle mouth and tighten it, and then use a glue gun to shoot out.

Precautions
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary; avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics. Recommended use conditions: temperature 15~35ºC, relative humidity 40%-80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the product will solidify slowly, above the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
