Application method

Surface cleaning

Remove all the grease, dust, water stains, frost, surface dirt, residual sealant, glass assembly accessories, protective coatings and other impurities and contaminants left in the joints and assembly parts.

Glue injection

Install the backing material, spacer block, spacer spacer and tape etc. as required. Masking tape should be used in the area connected to the seam to ensure a neat and beautiful sealant line.
For the surface of non-porous materials, there is usually no need to coat the primer to have good adhesion, but for the surface of some porous materials, it may need to be painted to ensure good adhesion. It is recommended to Do adhesion test before starting work.
Continuously squeeze MF889 silicone weather-resistant sealant into and fill up the joints (the sealant can be constructed with a pneumatic glue gun and other glue injection equipment). When using a pneumatic gun, the operating pressure should be adjusted to prevent bubbles from being generated during glue injection.
When the surface of the sealant is not yet skinned, press the sealant onto the backing material and the joint surface with appropriate strength, and smooth the surface of the sealant.
After leveling, remove the masking tape immediately. Do not use liquids such as water, soapy water, or alcohol to help level it.

Use restrictions
This product is not allowed to be used as a structural glue, nor has it been tested or stated as suitable for medical or pharmaceutical use.
This product is not suitable for: joints in groundwater or places subject to excessive friction
Long-term immersion in water may leak oil, plasticizer, solvent on the surface of building materials, or partially vulcanized rubber gasket or tape
On frosty or wet surfaces

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.

avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
