♦ APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
GLASS / SPACER - To achieve good adhesion, the glass/ spacer surface must be clean, dry and free of any residue.
SILANDE MF910H shall be applied at a temperature between 160 °C and 190 °C using appropriate extruders.
APPLICABLE STANDARDS• EU Specification: EN1279 - part 4
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE24 months stored in cool, dry and ventilated places.
PACKAGING
Glue injection
As shown in Figure 1, install the cushion material, spacer spacer and masking tape. Continuously squeeze DJ-A3-MF899F into and fill the joints. Flatten the sealant on the gasket material and the surface of the joint with an appropriate force. The finishing process must be done at one go after the injection is completed and the surface is not skinned. It is recommended to use convex tools to trim the rubber surface into a concave shape, and soapy water should not be used as an auxiliary material for trimming. After the trimming is completed, immediately tear off the masking tape. On the glass assembly, the sealant injected on the bottom seam must be trimmed to a bevel to prevent water accumulation. Uncured sealant is never allowed to come in contact with non-grindable surfaces, such as polished marble, metal or glass surfaces, because excess sealant cannot be completely removed with organic or chlorinated solvents. Therefore, these surfaces must be covered, or extra care must be taken when injecting glue to prevent the sealant from contacting these surfaces. Once the uncured sealant touches these surfaces, it will leave a film on the surface, which will affect the unique aesthetics of the substrate.

.APPLICATION FIELD
- One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.
- It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range.
- Excellent adhesion properties on glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
- Minimum moisture vapour and gas permeation.
- Excellent temperature stability: - 30°C to 80°C.
♦ TECHNICAL DATA - TYPICAL PROPERTIES
MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).
Packaging
Packaging
1:1 double plastic bottle packaging: 600 ml per group; 9 groups per carton
Transport transmission
This product is non-hazardous and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane
Store
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
