MF281 Thermal Conductive Silicone Grease
Introduction:
MF281 sealant is a single component, non-curing, high thermal conductivity, organosiloxane-based silicone sealant.
Features:
Lower volatilization loss: no drying and agglomeration after long-term work at high temperature.
Excellent thermal conductivity.Wide operating temperature:-50 ~ 180 ºC.
No pollution to the environment and non-hazardous to health.
Purposes:
Mainly used as thermal conductive materials for electronic parts and LED lamps, such as the gap-filling between processing unit CPU and the radiator, transistor and transducer; LED bulb type lamp and high power LED road lamps.
Instruction manual:
1. Surface cleaning: To ensure a good thermal conductivity, before use of sticky materials for cleaning with a clean lint-free cloth, ensure dry and free of dirt. The solvent can be used acetone, xylene and the like.
2. Directly squeeze and evenly despose the grease on the surface to be bonded, and an uniform and thin-layer coating is enough.
Precautions:
To guarantee a bese heat dismission efficiency, a thiner coating with an full gap filling is available.
Storage:
At 5 ~ 30 ºC condition, 1 year stored in cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
Transportation:
The product is non-dangerous goods, can be transported by vehicles, ships and trains.

    .APPLICATION FIELD
    • One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.
    • It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range.
    • Excellent adhesion properties on glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
    • Minimum moisture vapour and gas permeation.
    • Excellent temperature stability: - 30°C to 80°C.

    MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
    Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
    How to use instructions
    Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

    Precautions and precautions
    The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
    The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
    Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
    avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
    The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
    Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
