Precautions and precautions

Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.

MF881-25 does not have a primer to have good adhesion to most coating and non-coated glass, metal spacers, and the like. In order to ensure the quality of the project, it is recommended to make compatibility and adhesive tests in advance before each project begins.
The mixing ratio

In order to achieve the best sealing glue, the proportion of the base gum and the curing agent should be mixed according to mass ratio 12: 1, or the equivalent volume ratio of 8.7: 1. Under this mixing ratio, the construction period of the sealant should be 30 min to 90 min, the dual dry time is within 3 hours, allowing the mixing ratio to be small adjusted, but the mass ratio cannot exceed 11: 1.141. It is recommended to stir well before use. Since the curing agent is easy to react with the moisture in the air, it cannot be exposed to the air for a long time.
Ready to work
Clear the surface of the substrate, such as: fat, oil, dust, water, frost, old sealant, glass compound, protective coating, etc. Metal, glass and plastic surfaces should be cleaned by mechanical methods or solvents. Choose clean, no fluffy white cloth to wipe the surface of the substrate, then dry, clean, white cloth without fluffing.
Use the MF881-25 generally do not need to use a primer. Before using compatibility tests, determine whether the primer is used by compatibility and adhesive test results.
Protection and construction
In order to ensure the cleanliness of the United States, the surface of the adapter tape should be covered with the area of the seam. It is not allowed to contact the adhesive surface, i.e., a region of silicone sealant to adhere. The adapter tape should be removed immediately after the coating process is completed.
Equipment cleaning
After the glue is completed, the splitter pipe must be rinsed with a base gel or was cleaned with a solvent. If the cured sealant already exists inside the device, it should be cleaned immediately with a suitable solvent to ensure cleaning the pipe surface.
Repair
