DJ-A3-MF881F is a two-component room temperature neutral curing silicone structural sealant with dual functions of fire retardant and structural bonding and assembly. Neutral dealcoholization type, curing at room temperature and releasing a small amount of alcoholic gas.

DJ-A3-MF881F can meet the Chinese structural sealant standard GB16776, and the combustion performance meets the GB/T2408 vertical combustion performance and the FV-0 level requirement. Good flame retardancy, excellent mechanical properties and weathering resistance ensure a long service life of the sealant.
Instructions
DJ-A3-MF881F does not require primer to have good adhesion to most coated and non-coated glass, metal spacers, etc. In order to ensure the quality of the project, it is recommended to do compatibility and cohesive tests in advance before each project is used. Mixing ratio In order to obtain better physical properties, it is recommended that the base and curing agent be mixed in a completely closed mixing system. An automatic glue spreader can be used instead of hand or hand-held agitators, because it is easy to mix during the mixing process. Bring in air and affect the physical properties of the sealant after curing. In order to obtain the best sealant performance, the ratio of base rubber and curing agent should be mixed at a mass ratio of 12:1, or an equivalent volume ratio of 8.5:1. Under this mixing ratio, the construction period of the sealant should be 30min~50min, and the surface drying time should be within 2h.The mixing ratio is allowed to be adjusted in a small range, but the quality ratio is preferably 11:1~14:1 range between. It is recommended to stir the curing agent evenly before use. Because the curing agent is easy to interact with Moisture in the air reacts and cannot be exposed to the air for a long time.
Ready to work
Remove dirt on the surface of the substrate, such as: grease, dust, water, frost, old sealant, glass compound, protective coating, etc. Metal, glass and plastic surfaces should be cleaned by mechanical methods or solvents. The solvent should be wiped on the substrate with a clean, lint-free white cloth, and then wipe it with a clean, lint-free white cloth.
Primer
Use DJ-A3-MF881F-generally do not need to use primer. Compatibility before use
The test will determine whether to use the primer through the compatibility and adhesion test results.
Protection and construction
To ensure beauty and cleanliness, the area near the joints should be covered with protective tape during construction. The protective tape is not allowed to touch the glued surface, which is the area where the silicone sealant will adhere. The protective tape should be removed immediately after the gluing process is completed.
Equipment cleaning
After gluing is completed, the pipes of the gluing machine must be flushed with base glue or cleaned with solvent. If the cured sealant already exists inside the equipment, a suitable solvent should be used to clean it immediately to ensure that the surface of the pipe is clean after cleaning.
Repair
If the sealant is found to be damaged, use a clean knife to cut or scratch the surface of the cured sealant, and then re-gluing.

How to use instructions

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.

The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
