♦ MIXING AND DISPENSING INSTRUCTIONS
SILANDE MF882 has to be mixed homogeneously and air-bubble free in the correct ratio.SILANDE MF882 should be mixed in a ratio of 16:1 base to curing agent by weight, or equivalent 10:1 by volume for optimal properties. At this mix ratio, the sealant typically exhibits a working time of 30~50 minutes and allows units to be handled within 3 hours. Slight variations in mixing ratio can be tolerated, but these should not exceed 9:1 to 16:1 by weight to ensure maximum properties are obtained. To obtain the ultimate physical properties from SILANDE MF882, it is recommended that the base and curing agent are thoroughly mixed using an airless mixing system found on most existing commercially available two-part silicone dispensing machines. Neither hand mixing nor the use of handheld power mixers are satisfactory due to their incorporation of air into the material during mixing that would result in altered physical properties of the cured sealant. Most commercially available metering and mixing equipments are suitable.
CURING
When mixing MF882 A base + MF882 B catalyst at approximately a 16:1 weight ratio, the material will become tack-free at about 50 minutes under ambient conditions of 23°C, 50% R.H. Under these conditions approximately 70% of strength should develop within 24 hours. Development of fu11 properties requires full evaporation of cure by-products and will normally be achieved within 7 days. Full properties will take additional time in colder climates.
Storage and Expiration Date
The well-packaged product can be stored for 12 months in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, and used before the "expiry date" of the outer packaging of the product

.APPLICATION FIELD
- One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.
- It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range.
- Excellent adhesion properties on glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
- Minimum moisture vapour and gas permeation.
- Excellent temperature stability: - 30°C to 80°C.
♦ TECHNICAL DATA - TYPICAL PROPERTIES
MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).
Packaging
Packaging
1:1 double plastic bottle packaging: 600 ml per group; 9 groups per carton
Transport transmission
This product is non-hazardous and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane
Store
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
