MF1509 silicon modified polyether sealant
MF1509 silicon modified polyether sealant is a one-component, solvent-free, room temperature moisture curing sealant. The product is green and environmentally friendly and does not contain toxic or harmful substances. It has excellent bonding performance, weather resistance, aging resistance and low temperature resistance, and will not corrode the adhered material.

Scope of application

Construction method
(1) Surface cleaning: To ensure that the sealant has good adhesion, please clean the surface of the material to be adhered with a clean, lint-free white cloth before use, to ensure that it is dry and free of grease, oil and dust.
(2) Construction: Manual or pneumatic glue gun can be used for direct extrusion construction. Good ventilation should be maintained during construction and curing.
(3) In order to ensure the best bonding effect, the bonding test should be carried out before batch use, and the peeling bonding test should be carried out regularly during the construction process to ensure the use effect.

MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
