MF2030 Polyurethane Adhesive Special Activator
MF2030 special activator for polyurethane adhesive is a colorless to light yellow, moisture-curable liquid activator, specially used to treat the substrate surface of the polyurethane adhesive in the direct assembly method. MF2030 has stable performance and is applicable throughout the year. There are no special requirements for construction in winter. Using MF2030 can simplify the operation process, improve performance, and be safer to improve the quality of work. The surface dry quickly and the applicable temperature range makes it a suitable car product for all seasons. MF2030 is produced in accordance with the ISO9001/14001 quality system.

.APPLICATION FIELD
- One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.
- It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range.
- Excellent adhesion properties on glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
- Minimum moisture vapour and gas permeation.
- Excellent temperature stability: - 30°C to 80°C.

MF881R is a two-component, neutral room temperature curing silicone structural sealant. It has excellent flame retardancy, UV resistance and weather resistance. It can be used for the second sealing of hot mirror insulating glass.
It can be used at 10ºC~50ºC, and it has good adhesion to glass, ceramics, metal, hot mirror film and other materials

Instructions
1. The surface to be adhered must be clean, dry, free of oil and dust. Moisten the MF2030 with a clean, lint-free cloth or paper, apply it to the surface to be adhered once and let it dry.
2. Please use it at a temperature of 10C~35C.
3. Long-term exposure of MF2030 to the air will cause failure. The MF2030 after opening should be used up within one month.
MF2030 becomes turbid and prohibited from use.
