The product 840H cold resistant polysulfide insulating glass sealant (MF840H for short) is a two-component, solvent-free, room temperature curing sealant. MF840H is specially developed for the characteristics of insulating glass in high-cold areas, and has good adhesion to clean surfaces such as glass and aluminum.

MF840H has excellent process performance and high and cold resistance, and is suitable for automatic production line of insulating glass (mechanical construction) and manual production line (manual construction).

use:
MF840H is used for the second edge sealing of insulating glass and is widely used in the sealing of insulating glass in construction, transportation, refrigeration and other industries. MF840K has good adhesion to glass, and has excellent adhesion to most insulating glass spacer materials, including aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc. MF840H has excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance and resistance to a wide range of chemical substances. It can avoid the failure of insulating glass due to the incompatibility of sealant and glass materials, thereby providing excellent protection for insulating glass. Due to its low permeability to most solvents, oils and plasticizers, MF840H is suitable for non-rigid warm-edge spacer systems, such as TPS. MF840H has good compatibility with polyiso-J olefin sealants. For gas-filled insulating glass, the minimum thickness of the sealant is 4.0mm. (In practical applications, the appropriate thickness should be determined according to the size and weight of the hollow glass unit, the size of the spacer frame and the design of the glass system.)

    How to use instructions

    Precautions and precautions
    The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
    The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
    Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
    avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
    The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
    Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
