Molecular Sieve
Molecular sieve (also known as synthetic zeolite) is a kind of aluminosilicate microporous mesh crystal, composed of SiO2 and Al2O3 tetrahedra, with uniform pore size (about a few angstroms) and extremely large surface area. There are metal cations (such as Na+, K+, Ca2+, etc.) in the molecular sieve lattice to balance the excess negative charges in the tetrahedron. Different types of molecular sieves have different pore sizes or shapes, and can be used to separate a variety of different molecules. Water is a very polar molecule. Type A molecular sieve has a very high affinity with water, and is often used as a desiccant with excellent effects. The molecular sieve we are talking about here refers to a 3A (1A=10-10m) molecular sieve that can only be used to absorb water molecules. It is dozens of times higher in drying capacity and depth than silica gel desiccant, alumina desiccant and any other types of clay desiccants.

Production process
1. Mixer-mixing
The automatic control program can effectively guarantee the process time and ensure the uniform mixing of powder.
2. Agglomerator-molding
The automatic molding process is adopted. The production personnel only need to check whether the equipment is normal. Through the principle of centrifugal force, the balls of a certain size are automatically out of the pot.
3. Screening
General manufacturers on the market use woven screens, the diameter deviation of the screen holes is large, and the particle size is difficult to guarantee.

Our factory uses screens cut by fully automatic laser cutting machines to make the screen hole diameter more accurate, thereby ensuring that the particle size qualification rate of the spheres reaches more than 99%.
4. Reinforcement machine-reinforcement
The screened molecular sieve is reinforced by a rotary reinforcement machine, which effectively enhances the density of the molecular sieve and ensures that the wear meets the requirements.
5. Drying equipment-drying
Adopting fully automatic temperature-controlled continuous drying equipment, the drying belt is as long as 30 meters, ensuring that the moisture content of the sphere outlet is <1%.

6. Activation
10 temperature ranges, using PID self-group burner, 5-motion temperature control, the activation temperature is stably controlled at ±2ºC, which can effectively ensure the activation effect.
