 MF212 Silicone Weather Sealant
Introduction:
MF212 is a single component, neutral cure, high flexibility, high modulus silicone sealant, has excellent oil resistance, electrical insulation, water resistance and resistance to high and low temperature performance.
Features:
High flexibility, high modulus neutral curing, no corrosion on all surfaces.
It has good resistance to high temperature performance and excellent oil resistance.
Good electrical insulation properties on environmental pollution.
Purposes:
1. The engine block used in cars, motorcycles, etc., oil pan, transmission, etc. combined face and flange sealing surface;
2. Applicable to the joint surface of hydraulic machinery equipment such as pumps, fuel pumps, hydraulic pumps, air compressors and other required sealing;

Instructions:

How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
