MF3000M is a one-component, solvent-free, non-fogging, non-vulcanization, and permanent plastic sealant film. It maintains its plasticity and sealing in a wide temperature range, and the surface does not crack or harden. The product exhibits good adhesion properties, medium strength, good high temperature resistance and chemical properties, and maintains its plasticity at low temperatures, so it is not easy to become brittle and crush into pieces.

MF3000M sealant film is mainly used in the automotive industry and parts supply fields, for sealing joints, lap joints (metal, plastic, wood), etc. It can also be applied to the appliance manufacturing industry.

Surface treatment
Clean and dry the bonding surface to remove dust, oil and grease.

  The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
  Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
