6. Analysis of the technical indicators of 3A molecular sieve
1) Qualified rate of particles (mm, %): The qualified rate of particles should be controlled above 98%. The larger particle size is suitable for manual filling, and the smaller particle size is suitable for mechanical filling.
2) Static water adsorption (g/g, %): Under certain relative temperature and humidity, the larger the static water adsorption capacity, the better the molecular sieve quality; only when the relative humidity is low, the adsorption capacity can show the molecular sieve The level of drying capacity.
3) Compressive strength (N/particle): If the compressive strength of the molecular sieve does not meet the requirements, it is very easy to cause damage to the molecular sieve and affect the service life of the molecular sieve.
4) Bulk density (g/ml): This parameter indicates the packing density of molecular sieve and is only for reference for customers.
5) Unit: The lower the unit, the less dust of the molecular sieve, which is more conducive to keeping the insulating glass clean and transparent, keeping the production environment clean and hygienic, and prolonging the life of the molecular sieve filling machine.

7) Temperature rise (ºC): The temperature rise refers to the increase in temperature of the molecular sieve due to the heat released by the adsorbed water. Because the adsorption process of molecular sieve to water is exothermic, the instantaneous temperature rise of molecular sieve can be used as one of the basis for judging the rapid water absorption capacity of molecular sieve. Under the same test method, the higher the instantaneous temperature rise, the stronger the water adsorption performance of the molecular sieve (the molecular sieve has low water content or large adsorption capacity).
7. Matters needing attention:
1) The insulating glass desiccant should be sealed and stored before use. When in use, it should be filled quickly, and the unused molecular sieve should be sealed in time to avoid moisture absorption.
2) Molecular sieve that cannot be determined whether it absorbs moisture should be tested for temperature rise. When the temperature rise is lower than 33 degrees Celsius (25 grams molecular sieve/25 ml water), it cannot be used again and should be recycled by the manufacturer.
3) The manufacturer should have at least two detection methods for temperature rise and molecular sieve desiccant outgassing.
