MF892 silicone car sealant
MF892 silicone car sealant is a one-component, neutral curing silicone sealant. It has good bonding properties and excellent weathering resistance.
Product superiority
Single component, non-flowing;
The product is cured at room temperature (alcohol type), which will not corrode the parts of the car;.
Excellent heat resistance, UV resistance and moisture resistance;
No primer required, excellent bonding ability to glass, aluminum, engineering plastics, stainless steel and other materials;
Wide working temperature: -50~200C.
Scope of application
It is mainly used for bonding and sealing of glass and metal, plastic stainless steel and other materials of car doors, windows, car bodies.
Curing method
MF892 is cured by reacting with moisture in the atmosphere. Generally, the lower the temperature, the lower the moisture contained in the atmosphere, so the reaction process will also slow down.
Use restrictions
Surface cleaning: To ensure that the sealant has good adhesion, please clean the surface of the material to be adhered with a clean, lint-free white cloth before use to ensure it is dry and free of dirt. The solvent can be acetone, absolute ethanol, etc.
Under the condition of temperature 23C and relative humidity 50%, the curing depth of this product is greater than 2mm in 24h.
Before product handling and packaging, make sure that the sealant has enough time to cure.
