MF895 silicone waterproof sealant
MF895 silicone waterproof sealant is a one-component, non-sagging, neutral curing sealant. It can be easily extruded for use under most external ambient temperatures, and is cured by the water vapor in the air to form durable Flexible sealant.
Features and Benefits
Excellent waterproof performance
Excellent weather resistance, sunlight, rain, ice, snow or extreme temperature will not cause adverse effects on it
Good resistance to high and low temperature
Good adhesion to concrete and most building materials and components can be achieved without primer
Easy to use, can be extruded at any time by using a general glue gun
Excellent anti-sag performance
Colour
In addition to black, white and gray, it can also be produced in consultation with the special colors required by customers.
Application Method
Surface cleaning
Remove all the grease, dust, moisture, frost, surface dirt, residual sealant, glass assembly accessories and protective coatings and other impurities and contaminants left in the joints or assembly parts.
Glue injection
Install the backing material, spacer spacer and tape as required. If necessary, the area connected to the seam should be covered with protective tape to ensure a neat and beautiful sealant line.
Continuously squeeze MF895 silicone waterproof sealant into and fill up the joints (the sealant can be applied with a pneumatic glue gun and other glue injection equipment). When using a pneumatic gun, the operating pressure should be adjusted to prevent bubbles from being generated during glue injection.
When the surface of the sealant is not skinned, press the sealant on the backing material and the joint surface with appropriate strength, and smooth the surface of the sealant.
After finishing the dressing, tear off the protective tape immediately. Do not use liquids such as water, soapy water, or alcohol to help level it.

This product is non-hazardous and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane
Store
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
