MF860F polysulfide anticorrosive sealant
MF860F is a two-component polysulfide sealant formulated with liquid polysulfide rubber as the base material. It is cured into an elastomer at room temperature, with excellent oil resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, good elasticity, strong adhesion, and good adhesion to glass, aluminum alloy, concrete, galvanized steel and other materials.

  • One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.
  • It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range.

  How to use instructions
  Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

  Precautions and precautions
  The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
  The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
  Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
  avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
  The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
  Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.

Purposes:

Instruction:
1. Substrate surface should be clean, dry and free of dirt to ensure good bonding properties;
2. Recommended to use a ratio of the mass ratio A: B = 100: 10, the ratio in the range of the mass ratio A: B = 100: (6 ~ 12). Within the scope of this ratio, by adjusting the proportion of A, B two components to adjust the sealant curing rate (the larger amount of the B component, the faster curing; the smaller amount of the B component, the slower curing); mixing should be uniform, no color;
3. According to the actual construction, to determine whether to use a primer.
Precautions:
1. Can not be mixed with other sealant, otherwise it will affect the bonding properties of the sealant;
2. Construction of the temperature should be above 5 ºC, otherwise it will affect curing speed and bonding performance sealants;
3. It should be within the range specified proportion of construction, otherwise it will affect the adhesive properties of the sealant.
