.APPLICATION FIELD
  • One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.

Composition
One-component, neutral, room temperature moisture curing silicon modified polyether sealant.

Application
All kinds of prefabricated concrete buildings [window installation and internal and external wall filling and sealing;
Gap filling and sealing of interior door frames, window sills, interior walls and other parts of the building;
The bonding of various building materials and interior parts, such as aluminum, concrete, etc., kitchen and bathroom mirrors, pendants, etc.;.
Other suitable bonding and sealing applications of this product in the construction field.

Application Method
Before using this product, the operator must carefully read the product safety information.
The construction surface must be clean, dry, free of dust, water stains, frost, dirty surface, residual sealant, etc.
Paste protective tape on both sides of the construction surface, and use suitable cushioning materials in the caulking.
Cut the pointed mouth according to the required size, continuously squeeze in and fill the interface, and the amount of glue applied should meet the full contact with the adhesive sealing surface.
When the surface of the sealant is not yet skinned, flatten the sealant with appropriate strength on the backing material and seam surface, and remove the protective tape.
Keep good ventilation during construction and curing.
In order to ensure the best bonding effect, a bonding test should be carried out before the project starts, and it must be used with the primer if necessary. Peel adhesion test should be carried out regularly during the construction process to ensure the construction quality.
