Product Description
Features and advantages
For most building materials such as glass, an anodized aluminum profile, wood material, granite, etc., there is a superior bonding without using the primer.
High elasticity, high modulus
Excellent mechanical properties, special storage period neutral curing, no corrosion
After solidifying, a very flexible silicone rubber has excellent ultraviolet aging properties and high temperature and high humidity.
Easy to use, using general splash guns can be extruded at any time
composition
Single component, neutral, room temperature water gas curing silicone structure sealing gel.
application
Structural applications, including assembling between glass and metal materials assembled with plants or construction, can also be used for installation and sealing of wind-resistant glass such as automobiles, ships. After completely cured, this sealing layer forms a durable and elastic waterproof interface.
Product Description
The MF899 silicone structure sealing gum is actually affected by sunlight, rain, wind and extreme high and low temperature. Its unique weather resistance makes it completely solidified even if it is exposed to harsh weather conditions. The original design performance of the seam does not have significant changes due to aging or exposure to the atmosphere, and the sealing adhesive still has water and weather resistance. The sealing adhesive after aging performance is still elastic in a high temperature range of -60 ° C to 180 ° C without embrittlement, cracking or torn. MF899 silicone structural sealing rubber is compatible with most substrates.
Colour
MF899 silicone structure sealing gum is a single component, high stability, neutral curing elastic sealing glue designed for structural assembly. In addition to black, gray, white, can also be negotiated according to special colors requested by customers.

Technical Services
Adhesive test
Our company will pass the standard laboratory test to assess the bonding properties of the materials (such as glass, metal and brick, etc.) selected by this product, and submit the experimental results, product recommendation and surface cleaning. customer.
Compatibility test
The incompatibility of the material can cause silicone glue, and even loss of adhesion, in order to avoid such problems, and ensure the compatibility of the material and silicone gum, our company also provides the accessories provided by the customer. (Such as hip rods, strips and double-sided strips, etc.) compatibility with our silicone adhesive products.
The materials or site samples used in the project must be provided to our company for adhesion and compatibility tests.
Structural assembly seam design
Silicone structural seam design must be carried out by a professional designer based on the general design guidance of the construction industry.
Typical silicone structured seam design is shown in Figure 1. The basic design general includes:
The width of the structural glue cannot be less than 6 mm. The depth of the structuch is not less than 6 mm.
The width of the structural glue must be equal to or greater than the depth of the structural adhesive. Minimum width calculation formula (see Figure 1).
The seam of the structuch can be filled with the general standard construction method.
The seam of the structuring is not allowed during curing.
The seam design must allow the structural glue to contact air to reach.
Silicone structural sealing is used to support a permanent load, and its permanent load design intensity is 1000 kg / m2.
Note: Other special systems may have different design guidelines. The most suitable guidelines for such systems should be determined according to specific design. The above recommendations are the same as the general industrial operation.

MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).
Package and Delivery
Packaging
1:1 double plastic bottle packaging: 600 ml per group; 9 groups per carton
Transport transmission
This product is non-hazardous and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane
Store
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
Application method
Surface cleaning
Clear all impurities and contaminants such as grease, dust, water stains, frosted, surface dirt, dust, water stains, frosted, surface dirt, residual sealants, assembly accessories and protective coatings.
Metals, glass and plastic must be used in solvent such as anhydrous ethanol, acetone, butanone, isopropyl alcohol, and the surface of the "double cloth wiping". In all cases, the solvent must be wiped with a clean, no descending white cloth. Methods of cleaner or soapy water.
Use primer
Use MF899 silicone structural sealing gums generally do not need primers. If the adhesive test is pointed out that the primer is used, it is clean and non-descending cloth on the surface of the seam on the surface of the seam and processed. The corresponding test must be made before the glue to determine if it is necessary to apply a paint.
liner material
Open-hole sex polyurethane foam, closed porosity polyethylene foam or non-ventilated polyolemal material is recommended by a tile material, which can be replaced by a polyethylene tape .
Shading and correction
The parts of the seam need to be covered to ensure that the sealing site is full of appearance. Never let the shielding tape contact the surface of the substrate to be glued. After the finishing work is completed, the shielding tape should be removed immediately.
Glue
According to Figure 1, a pad material, a hip bar isolation, and a masking tape are mounted.
The MF899 silicone structural sealant continuously squeezes and filled the seam. The sealing gel is flattened to the surface of the gasket and the surface of the seam, and the finishing step must be completed after the finish is completed. It is recommended to use a convex tool to trim a concave shape and cannot use soap water as a trimmed auxiliary material. After the trimming, the cover tape is torn off immediately, on the glass assembly, the sealing adhesive in the bottom seam is needed to make the inclination of the incoming water. Uncoround sealants are absolutely not allowed to contact the non-polished surface, such as polished marble, metal or glass surface, because excess sealant cannot be completely removed with organic or chlorinated solvents. Therefore, these surfaces must be covered or careful when globes should be taken to prevent sealing gums from coming into contact with these surfaces. Once uncured sealants come into contact with these surfaces, it will leave a film on the surface, so that it affects the specific view of the substrate.
Operation precautions
If you accidentally enter your eyes, you should immediately rinse with a large amount of water. You can contact the skin for a long time, avoid children's contact, non-pollutable food, drug or cosmetics.
Before using the adhesion test and refer to the technical information and safety data sheet of this company, learn about the safety use, harm of the product. If the security matters not involved in this product, please follow the requirements of JGJ102.
