MF3020 special butyl sealant for plugging holes
MF3020 special butyl sealant for plugging holes is a one-component, solvent-free, non-vulcanized, permanent plastic sealant. It maintains its plasticity and tightness for a long time in a wide temperature range, and the surface does not crack or harden. It has good adhesion to glass, metal, electrophoresis plate, rubber, plastic and other materials. It has sound and noise reduction effect and good flame retardant effect, and can improve the effect of sealing, dustproof and corrosion prevention of the car body. It has passed the EN45545 flame retardant performance test and TB/T3139 "Locomotive and rolling stock interior materials and indoor air harmful substances limit "test.
Features
Single component, no solvent
Sound insulation and noise reduction
Good adhesion to glass, metal, electrophoresis plate, rubber, plastic and other materials
Scope of use
It is mainly used for sound insulation and noise reduction sealing of car body sheet metal process holes, threading holes and bogies, and can also be used for sound insulation and noise reduction sealing in other fields.
Instructions for use
Surface treatment
Clean and dry the bonding surface to remove dust, oil and grease.
construction
The ambient temperature should not be lower than 5C, and the construction site should be clean and less dusty. Cut the MF3020 to a suitable shape for use, bond the sealant to the bonded surface and apply appropriate pressure to facilitate good adhesion to the substrate. If the ambient temperature is too low and the bonding between the sealant and the substrate is poor, the surface of the substrate and the sealant can be heated to achieve the bonding and sealing effect.
Store
Best storage conditions: a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Storage period: 24 months.
package
Drum: 2kg/drum (medium 130mm)
Tray: 5mm x 30mm x 10m

This product is non-hazardous and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane
Store
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
