Product Description

MF205 polyurethane sealant
MF205 polyurethane sealant is a high-quality, multi-purpose, anti-sagging, one-component polyurethane sealant, which reacts with moisture in the air to cure to form a permanent elastomer. MF205 is manufactured in strict accordance with the ISO900114001 quality assurance system and related protection regulations.

Surface treatment
The bonding surface must be clean, dry and remove all kinds of oil, wax and dust.

construction
Hard packaging: Just pierce the aluminum film of the barrel mouth.
Flexible packaging: Put the glue into the glue gun and cut off the sealing mouth. Cut the glue nozzle according to the width of the seam. Use a suitable manual or pneumatic glue gun to drive the glue into the seam. Be careful to avoid air bubbles between the substrate and the glue. After the package is opened, it must be used up in a relatively short time. Do not apply at temperatures below 5C or above 40C. The best temperature for the substrate and sealant is 15C to 25C.

Trimming and finishing
Refurbishment and finishing must be carried out before the table thousand. The dressing agent or lubrication must be tested for compatibility in advance.

Clean up
Uncured MF205 can be removed from tools or equipment with appropriate solvents. After curing, it can only be removed mechanically. Hands and exposed skin should be cleaned with suitable industrial hand sanitizer and water immediately after the glue is applied. Do not use solvents!
