MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.

Application method
Basic requirements
The surface of the foundation is free of grease, dust, water stains, frost, surface dirt and pollutants.
No primer material is required for ordinary glass, aluminum, concrete, steel and other materials
Compatibility bonding test on the base surface material before construction
Construction Conditions
Environmental temperature can not be constructed in an environment lower than 5C
Basic surface temperature 5C-35C
The basic surface moisture content is dry
Calculate with glue amount
Example: Coating area is 1m2, thickness is 1mm, material specific gravity is 1.35g/cm3
Material consumption: 10000cm2 *0.1cm*1.35g/cm*=1350g=1.35kg
Painting
In order to ensure that the sealant does not pollute the surrounding area during construction, use protective tape to protect it.
Use painting tools to coat large areas, such as scrapers, rollers, spray guns, etc.
It is required that the painting is uniform and beautiful, and the thickness is greater than 0.5mm. It can be painted by multi-pass stacking method.
After use, if there is remaining glue, reseal it for next use.
Tool cleaning
Clean tools in time after finishing painting, use alcohol or acetone solvent to clean tools
If the tool. The upper sealing material has been cured, you can cut the rubber surface with a scraper tool to clean it.

Storage and validity period
The well-packaged product can be stored for 9 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place, and used before the "expiry date" of the outer packaging of the product.

Use restrictions

This product is not suitable for:

Oil, plasticizer, solvent may ooze on the surface of building materials, or partially vulcanized rubber gasket or tape
Places that are completely inaccessible to air when curing on frosted or wet surfaces (sealant needs to be cured by moisture)
Application of paint on the surface of the sealant (generally paint cannot adhere to the surface of silicone)
