Product Description

Hollow glass scraper cotton: a new favorite of technological innovation and home aesthetics
With the continuous development of modern architectural technology and the increasing improvement of home aesthetics, insulated glass, as an efficient and energy-saving material, has been widely used in the field of architecture. In the manufacturing process of insulating glass, scraping rubber cotton, as a new type of auxiliary material, is gradually receiving attention and favor from industry insiders.

For the sealing of each hollow glass, the sealant applied to the corners of the glass is loose and not strong. The surface of the sealant needs to be scraped to make it internally strong and the surface flat. But insulating glass sealant is usually very sticky. When using ordinary materials to scrape corners, the sealant will stick to the scraping material, which not only fails to make the sealant firm, but also makes the surface of the sealant unsightly. Our adhesive sponge is made of special materials and will not bond with commonly used insulating glass sealants such as polysulfide adhesive, silicone adhesive, polyurethane, and butyl adhesive. This sponge makes the scraping work clean. Hand hang adhesive along the corners of the insulated glass to ensure even sealing and a smooth surface. Scraping sponge combined with handheld roller tools can better improve work efficiency.

As an important material in the field of modern architecture, the quality and aesthetics of insulated glass have a direct impact on the overall performance of buildings and people's living experience. As a new type of auxiliary material, scraping rubber cotton plays an increasingly important role in the manufacturing process of insulating glass. With the continuous development of technology and the growing market demand, rubber scraper cotton is expected to become an indispensable and important material in the field of hollow glass manufacturing in the future.
