MF3000 Butyl Sealant

MF3000 is a one-component, solvent-free, non-fogging, non-vulcanization, and permanent plastic sealant. It maintains its plasticity and sealing in a wide temperature range, and the surface does not crack or harden. It has good adhesion to glass, metal, rubber (PVC, EPDM), plastic and other materials.

In order to ensure the bonding strength, the ambient temperature must not be lower than 10C. It is advisable to vent properly before coating to reduce internal bubbles and voids, and prevent bubbles from being generated during extrusion and causing glue breakage.
MF3000 is suitable for spray gun, gear, screw or rotary pump construction. Pumps, pressure plates, pipelines and nozzles must be heatable. Because the pressure plate can be heated, the MF3000 on the pressure plate surface can be softened, so it can be pumped out. The hot coating extrusion equipment is equipped with multiple independent heating and control systems. The temperature is the lowest at the pressing plate and the highest temperature is reached at the nozzle. The operating temperature is between 90C ~ 130C, and the appropriate range depends on the output and other independent equipment. The spray gun used for heating can be operated on a fixed foundation or connected to an automatic operating system. The spray gun for construction can be designed according to individual equipment.

  MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
  Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
  How to use instructions
  Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

  Precautions and precautions
  The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
  The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
  Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
  avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
  The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
  Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
