MF911 high temperature resistant sealant
MF911 is a one-component, neutral curing at room temperature, high-elasticity silicone high-temperature resistant sealant. The sealant will not harden or powder after being placed in a closed high temperature environment of 320ºC for 7 days. The sealant will not be hardened or powdered in a closed high temperature environment of 300ºC for a long time. High tensile strength, high retention of elongation at break, excellent alkali resistance, good acid resistance, oil resistance, and water vapor resistance.

Application method
It can be directly extruded under the conditions of 10C ~ 50C.
In order to ensure that the weather-resistant sealant has good adhesion, all surfaces of the adhered materials must be clean, dry and free of dirt. .
In order to ensure that the sealant does not pollute the periphery of the joint during construction, it must be protected by a protective tape. After the injection is completed, remove it.
After use, if there is remaining glue, you need to exhaust the air in the tube and tighten the lid for next use.
Operation precautions
If it gets into eyes accidentally, rinse with water immediately

Storage and validity period

This product is not allowed to be used as a structural adhesive, nor has it been tested or stated as suitable for medical or pharmaceutical use.
This product is not suitable for:.
Interfaces in groundwater or places subject to excessive friction
Long-term immersion in water
Oil, plasticizer, solvent may ooze on the surface of building materials, or partially vulcanized rubber gasket or tape
On frosty or wet surfaces
Places that are completely inaccessible to large water vapor during curing (sealant needs to be adjusted with water)
Application of paint on the surface of the sealant (generally paint cannot adhere to the surface of silicone)
Direct contact with food or other food-grade surface applications
