Product Introduction
The lattice pores of type 3A molecular sieve is only 3 angstroms, which is the smallest of all molecular sieves. It can only absorb water and cannot absorb any other components in the air, because the critical diameter of water molecules is 2.8 angstroms and the polarity is very strong. Any other type of molecular sieve will adsorb oxygen or nitrogen in the air, and this adsorption capacity is very sensitive due to small changes in temperature.
As a special desiccant for insulating glass, 3A molecular sieve can best meet all the performance indexes of insulating glass without any influence on its physical and chemical properties. It can continuously and deeply adsorb the water and residual organic matter in the insulating glass spacer layer, effectively prevent the condensation and frost of the glass, completely solve the problem of distortion and breakage caused by the expansion or contraction of the insulating glass, and ensure that the insulating glass is as short as 20 years -8ºC Dew point life. Therefore, only 3A molecular sieve can be used as an insulating glass desiccant.

Precautions
1. The insulating glass desiccant should be sealed and stored before use. When in use, it should be filled quickly, and the unused molecular sieve should be sealed in time to avoid moisture absorption.
2. Molecular sieve that cannot be determined whether it absorbs moisture should be tested for temperature rise. When the temperature rise is lower than 33 degrees Celsius (25 grams molecular sieve/25 ml water), it cannot be used again and should be recycled by the manufacturer.
3. The manufacturer should have at least two detection methods for temperature rise and molecular sieve desiccant outgassing.
