MF910S is a warm edge spacer for making insulating glass. MF910S is composed of a thermoplastic elastomer containing a desiccant, which is used to dry the air in the cavity of two insulating glass units.

How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.

Instructions for use
Clean and dry the bonding surface to remove dust, oil and grease. MF910S is coated with a special hot-melt butyl extruder for the hollow glass production line. The specific use conditions can be achieved by adjusting the temperature and pressure. The extrusion temperature range is 120C ~ 140C, and the ambient temperature during construction should not be lower than 18C.

Precautions
Before construction, please read the instructions, safety data sheets, and packaging labels carefully to obtain information on safe use and health hazards. Note: When using this hot melt adhesive or any other hot melt sealant, proper care should be taken to avoid burns.

Scope of use
MF910S cannot be used as a structural adhesive. It is mainly used in the production of insulating glass. It is used in conjunction with the two-component polysulfide sealant produced by the company to complete the double-sealing. The double-pass sealed insulating glass made with this product meets the requirements of GB/T11944.
