MF886F is a two-component silicone sealant with temperature and acid resistance. It is mainly used for the sealing and bonding of foam glass tiles, vitrified ceramic tiles, steel, glass, aluminum and concrete. Neutral dealcoholization type, curing at room temperature and releasing a small amount of alcoholic gas.

Ready to work
Remove dirt on the surface of the substrate, such as: grease, dust, water, frost, old sealant, glass compound, protective coating, etc. Metal, glass and plastic surfaces should be cleaned by mechanical methods or solvents. Wipe the solvent on the substrate with a dry, clean, lint-free white cloth, and wipe it off with a clean, lint-free white cloth before the solvent dries up.

Primer
The use of MF886F generally does not require primer. Compatibility and adhesion tests should be done before use, and the test results are used to determine whether to use primer.

Protection and construction
To ensure beauty and cleanliness, the area near the joints should be covered with protective tape during construction. The protective tape is not allowed to touch the glued surface, which is the area where the silicone sealant will adhere. The protective tape should be removed immediately after the gluing process is completed.

Equipment cleaning
If the glue maker is used, the pipes of the glue maker must be flushed with base glue or cleaned with solvent after the glue is applied. If the cured sealant already exists inside the equipment, a suitable solvent should be used to clean it immediately to ensure that the surface of the pipe is clean after cleaning.

Repair
If you find that the sealant is damaged, you should use a clean knife to cut off the damaged sealant and re-gluing.

Instructions
MF886F does not need primer to have good adhesion to foam glass tiles and vitrified ceramic tiles. In order to ensure the quality of the project, it is recommended to do compatibility and adhesion tests in advance before each project starts.
