Introduction of MF840 two-component polysulfide insulating glass special sealant series
MF-840 two-component polysulfide insulating glass special sealant series (hereinafter referred to as MF-840 series) is a solvent-free, two-component, room temperature curing elastic sealant, suitable for glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, and other materials Has excellent bonding properties.
MF840 series sealant is composed of two components A and B. The A component (base paste) is a white uniform and delicate paste, and the B component (vulcanized paste) is a black uniform and delicate paste. Use ratio, A component: B component = (mass ratio) 100: (6-12), the best use ratio is 100:10.
MF840 series sealant is mainly used to make insulating glass.
Insulating glass: two or more pieces of glass are effectively supported and evenly separated and bonded and sealed around the periphery, so that a dry gas space is formed between the glass layers.
MF840 series sealant can be used with butyl sealant: butyl is the first seal and polysulfide is the second seal (outer seal); it can also be used to seal single-channel insulating glass.
The role of MF840 series sealant in insulating glass unit:
Structural support for insulating glass
Seal the hollow cavity to prevent outside water vapor from entering
The typical phenomenon of insulating glass failure is condensation and water ingress in the insulating glass spacer layer, which not only affects the appearance of the entire glass, but also affects the thermal performance of the entire glass.
The reason for the failure of the insulating glass: The first and second sealant of the insulating glass have lost the ability to block the external water vapor from entering the cavity. The glass self-explodes.

♦ TECHNICAL DATA - TYPICAL PROPERTIES
MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).
Packaging
Packaging
1:1 double plastic bottle packaging: 600 ml per group; 9 groups per carton
Transport transmission
This product is non-hazardous and can be transported by train, car, ship and plane
Store
Can be stored for 6 months in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
