Product Description:
MF203 polyurethane sealant is a high-quality, high-purpose, anti-sagging, one-component polyurethane sealant, which reacts with moisture in the air to cure to form a permanent elastomer. MF203 is manufactured in strict accordance with the ISO9001/14001 quality assurance system and related protection regulations.
Application:
Mainly applied in the direct assembly of automobile windshield, the sealing of side window and rear window glass, and the joint sealing of watercraft, container and refrigerated container, etc.

Properties:
Instruction:
1. Get rid of dust, oil stain, water, etc. on the construction surface.
2. Pierce the cartridge tip, screw up a nozzle, cut the nozzle with a sloping section according to the construction requirement, inject the sealant in place with a sealant gun.
3. Suggest to do a test on adhesive property of substrate materials, details refer to the product instructions.
Attention:
1. Pre-test is necessary to ensure the excellent adhesive property.
2. Finish use in one day once unsealed the sealant, otherwise, store it strictly tightened.
3. Avoid contacting with skin or eyes, in case of contacted, rinse immediately with plenty of water, go to hospital if necessary, keep away from children, and avoid contaminating food, medicine or cosmetics.
4. Use fix aids (pressure sensitive adhesive tape, spacer block, etc.) in the sealant curing time if bonded workpiece is heavy or need to move.
Recommendation:
Temperature:15-35ºC, relative humidity: 40%-80%, ventilated place.
Storage:
6 months stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place below 25ºC.

- One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.

MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
How to use instructions
Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

Precautions and precautions
The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.
