Product Description
DJ-A3-MF881F-25 is a two-component temperature neutral curing, a silicone structure sealing rubber having fire flame retardant and anticorrosive function. Neutral desorption type, room temperature curing and releases a small amount of alcohol type gas.
Related standards
DJ-A3-MF881F-25 can meet China's structural adhesive standard GB16776, JG / T475, EU structure glue standard ETAG002. The combustion performance complies with GB / T2408 vertical burning FV-O requirements, and fire resistance can be detected by GB 23864, and the combustion performance meets the requirements of GB8624B and stage difficult combustment materials.
In order to obtain the optimum properties of sealant, the proportion of the base adhesive and the curing agent should be mixed according to the mass ratio 12: 1, or the equivalent volume ratio 8.8: 1. Under this mixing ratio, the construction period of the sealant should be 30 to 50 min, and the dry time is within 2 hours. Allow a small range of mixing ratios, but the quality ratio is preferably between 11: 1 to 14: 1, minimizing error. It is recommended to stir well before use. Since the curing agent is easily reacted with the water of the air, it cannot be exposed to the air for a long time.
Ready to work
Clear the surface dirt of the substrate, such as fat, dust, water, frost, old sealant, glass compound, protective coating, etc. Metal, glass and plastic surfaces should be cleaned by mechanical methods or solvents. Choose clean, no fluffy white cloth to wipe the surface of the substrate, then dry, clean, white cloth without fluffing.
Primer
Use DJ-A3-MF881F-25 generally do not need to use a primer. Before using compatibility tests, determine whether the primer is used by compatibility and adhesive test results.
Protection and construction
In order to ensure the cleanliness of the United States, the surface of the adapter tape should be covered with the area of the seam. It is not allowed to contact the adhesive surface, i.e., a region of silicone sealant to adhere. The adapter tape should be removed immediately after the glue process is completed.
Equipment cleaning

Repair
