MF212 Silicone Weather Sealant
Introduction:
MF212 is a single component, neutral cure, high flexibility, high modulus silicone sealant that offers excellent oil resistance, electrical insulation, water resistance, and resistance to high and low temperatures.
Features:
- High flexibility and high modulus for neutral curing without corrosion on all surfaces.
- Excellent resistance to high temperatures and oils.
- Good electrical insulation properties in environmentally polluted conditions.
Purposes:
- Used for sealing combined face and flange surfaces in engine blocks of cars, motorcycles, etc., as well as oil pans and transmissions.
- Applicable to joint surfaces in hydraulic machinery equipment such as pumps, fuel pumps, hydraulic pumps, air compressors, etc., where sealing is required.
- Can replace various restrictions, such as rubber pads, on the edge of *** mats and other vehicles, motorcycles, and machinery and equipment engines, gearboxes, etc., for joint surface sealing, regardless of size and shape.
Instructions:
- Can be directly extruded at temperatures ranging from 10 ºC to 50 ºC.
- Ensure good adhesion by wiping off moisture, grease, dirt, etc., from bonding surfaces, ensuring they are clean, dry, and free of dirt.
- Use surface protection tape to protect surrounding construction joints from sealant contamination. Remove the tape after dispensing.
- If there is remaining glue after use, release air from the tube and tighten the lid for future use.
Restrictions:
- This product is not suitable for the following situations:
- Leaking grease, plasticizers, or solvents.
- Surface or semi-vulcanized rubber vulcanization.
- Frost or damp surfaces.
- Bonding copper and copper alloy surfaces in closed states.
Precautions:
- In case of eye contact, immediately wash with water.
- Avoid prolonged contact with the skin and keep away from children.
- Do not contaminate food, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics.
