MF840K two-component polysulfide insulating glass special sealant (MF840K for short) is a two-component, solvent-free, room temperature curing sealant. MF840K has good adhesion to clean surfaces such as glass and aluminum. MF840K is suitable for automatic production line of insulating glass (mechanical construction) and manual production line (manual construction).

One-component, neutral, room temperature moisture curing silicone sealant. 1. Excellent flame-retardant performance, long time for fire blocking. 2. High elasticity and low modulus. It can be used with silicone fire-proof smoldering structural sealant that meets ETAG002 standard to provide 25-year quality guarantee. 3.     .APPLICATION FIELD
    • One component, solvent free, non-fogging, permanently plastic butyl sealant, formulated for primary sealing of insulating glass units.
    • It can keep its plastic and sealing properties in a wide temperature range.
    • Excellent adhesion properties on glass, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel and stainless steel.
    • Minimum moisture vapour and gas permeation.
    • Excellent temperature stability: - 30°C to 80°C.

    MF322 two-component polyurethane corner glue
    Mainly used for bonding and sealing between aluminum alloy corners and profile cavities in aluminum alloy door and window structures; suitable for bonding wooden doors, windows and doors; for processed different materials, such as wood, building materials, ceramics and metals It has good adhesion.
    How to use instructions
    Remove dirt, dust, oil, frost, etc. on the surface of the substrate; place the plastic nozzle on the open bottle mouth and tighten it, and use a dedicated 1:1 double bottle glue gun to inject glue. Uncured glue can be cleaned with special cleaning agents (or other solvents such as alcohol).

    Precautions and precautions
    The initial 20g of mixed glue may be insufficiently mixed and is not recommended.
    The glue mixed at room temperature should be used during the application period.
    Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If inadvertently, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary;
    avoid contact with children; do not contaminate food, medicine or cosmetics.
    The heavy workpiece to be bonded should be avoided to move before it is completely cured, and measures should be taken to fix it when it is necessary to move.
    Recommended use conditions: temperature 15 ~ 35C, relative humidity 40% ~ 80%; if the temperature and humidity are lower than the recommended lower limit, the horn glue will cure more slowly, and if it is higher than the recommended upper limit, the construction time will be shortened.

Instructions for use
Surface cleaning: The surface of the adhered material must be clean, dry, and free of dirt to ensure good bonding performance. The surface of the glass is thoroughly cleaned manually or mechanically, and the newly produced insulating glass cannot be cured at low temperatures or exposed to rain. Try to make the desiccant completely dry the air cavity, which can effectively avoid condensation on the glass plate; the initial curing 5h can minimize the risk. The curing time of the newly produced insulating glass is less than 24 hours, so it cannot be exposed to sunlight.
Cleaning: After the construction, the uncured materials on the tools and equipment should be removed with a solvent immediately.
The compatibility of glass assembly is recommended for compatibility testing of glass materials. Glass materials should avoid contact with any solvents, oils and materials containing plasticizers.
