Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene, and a small amount of a third monomer non conjugated diene. Its international name is Ethyiene Propyene Diene Methyliene, abbreviated as EPDM.
EPDM rubber has UV resistance, weather resistance, heat aging resistance, low temperature resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, good electrical insulation and elasticity, as well as other physical and mechanical properties. These advantages are irreplaceable by other materials such as PVC.
Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber strips are formed in one step using microwave vulcanization technology, with a smooth and beautiful surface, good elasticity and resistance to compression deformation, excellent properties such as weather aging, ozone resistance, chemical resistance, and a wide range of operating temperatures (-50 ºC~+150 ºC). They have been widely used in manufacturing industries such as automotive doors, windows, and curtain walls. For products with different shapes, materials, cold resistance, heat resistance, foaming, solid body, and special performance requirements, they can all meet the needs of design and use.
