Colored Aluminum Spacer
Decorative bar is used inside insulating glass as decoration.After electrostatic powder coating, it could be painted with various colors to meet customers requirement on beauty.
The decorative bar is produced with fine quality , good toughness, aging resistance and permanent colorfulness. Thus, it can be used in al-alloy, pvc and wooden doors& windows in a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing way, which could satisfy the decorative requirement in whatever styles like Modern, antique , European etc.
Colored aluminum spacer bar has the same production process with mill finish spacer bar; The color is made by roller painting on aluminum coil which enhance its decoration function. Colors could be customized by reference of RAL code.

Technical Data:
No volatile matter stays by the surface of the Spacer. Colorful coating has the better adhering quality. The perfect bending performance has been kept to ensure the sealing effect at corners. Attachment to sealant could be guaranteed since there no exists oil or water during the production. Various colors could be arranged along with different sizes requirement.
