Product Description

MF886F temperature and acid resistant sealant

1. Good adhesion to most substrates, including foam glass tiles, vitrified ceramic tiles, steel, glass, aluminum and concrete;
2.  Excellent acid resistance and high and low temperature resistance;
3. To the base The material is pollution-free and non-corrosive;
4. It has good stability in the working environment of -50ºC~250ºC.

The mixing ratio
In order to obtain better physical properties, it is recommended that the base and curing agent be mixed in a closed mixing system as much as possible. An automatic glue spreader or a portable mixer can be used. In order to obtain the best performance of the sealant, the ratio of base rubber and curing agent should be mixed according to the mass of 12:1, or the equivalent volume ratio of 7.9:1. Under this mixing ratio, the construction period of the sealant should be 30~50min, and the surface drying time should be within 2h. It is allowed to adjust the ratio in a small range, but the mass ratio cannot exceed the range of 11:1~14:1. Since the curing agent easily reacts with the moisture in the air, it cannot be exposed to the air for a long time.

Storage and validity period
The well-packaged product can be stored for 12 months in a cool, ventilated, and dry place. Use it before the 'expiry date' of the outer package of the product.

Instructions for use
Clean and dry the bonding surface to remove dust, oil and grease. The ambient temperature during construction shall not be lower than 10°C. .
